Legal assistance and representation for building/project owners or purchasers in the institution of judicial enquiries (factual reports, legal opinions and appraisals by court-appointed experts) before building work (“preventive”), during building work, or following acceptance of building works.

Legal assistance and representation for building/project owners or purchasers in the performance of policies provided by damage insurers or action in liability against builders for performance of liability insurance held by the latter, in the event of damage sustained by the building works or issues concerning buildings in the vicinity.

Legal assistance and representation for all contributors to building works and/or their insurers in defence of liability suits or performance of policy cover provided by the latter in the event of damage sustained by the building works or issues concerning buildings in the vicinity.

Legal opinions on regulations applicable to all the above issues for the purposes of risk assessment, improvement of internal corporate procedures, in the lead-up to a potential dispute, or lastly, for the purposes of risk audits in anticipation of a dispute.

Enforcement of the rulings of French or foreign courts.
